Hello,

Can anyone give me the best advice on who gives 100% finance for properties? I have a few properties on the hook as we speak & I really want to pull the trigger on them. Any recommendations would be amazing. This would be my first investment property but I have certainly learned enough to where I know it's time to finally invest. Can't stay an agent forever.

@Khari Harper, finding 100% financing for your first deal is going to be difficult if not impossible. Lenders want to know you know what you're doing before the fund your entire deal. Why? Because you have (almost) nothing to lose if things go sideways and you walk away.

Anyone offering 100% financing should be treated as suspect, and anyone offering a low rate for 100% financing for your first deal is most likely a fraud.

Any upfront fees - loan insurance is a typical one - are a red flag.
