Mentor and coaching for lending my 3rd property.

Hi! BP community! any real investor that is willing to help, give me some advice, or mentor me. I have been trying to get a home or mortgage loan, and even a HELOC. For my third property, but its been very hard to get any loan. I currently live in Northridge, CA and have a good equity on my home and my rental income. Some lenders that I talked to said that I have a big mortgage on my home. I am trying to get some type of loan for a rental property in Las Vegas.

Its heard to get financing if your DTI is higher. If you have good interest rate you shouldn't be cashing it out from primary residence. Make sure your income is calculated right.
