Using land as collateral to build
I own 3 parcels debt free and am wanting to develop them with as little out of pocket as possible. Any suggestions on using a commercial loan vs. Line of credit vs. Mortgage. Business credit is not seasoned and I would like to keep it off of my personal credit due to debt to income ratio. Any insight would be appreciated.
