Thoughts on Using Seed Capital Starting Real Estate Flips

Hey guys! I've been managing a couple rentals but I'm looking to get into flips and trying to figure out the best ways to get funds to start out, especially without much credit history. I recently came across a company called Seed Capital, which says they help with credit and securing funding. Has anyone used Seed Capital and would you recommend it?

@Shawn Zimmer

I have worked with Seed Capital. They focus helping you get credit cards to finance renovations. My understanding is their specialty is using data to know what you are most likely to get approved from based on their experience with past customers. The could be a powerful tool in your options for capital.

However, it is important for you to look at your personal picture. How much capital are you looking to get. How long do you need it? Do you have equity in your rentals that you can take advantage of? How strong is your income to cover debt payments?

I am not suggesting you answer all of these questions now. However, it would be a valuable exercise to think this all through.

Feel free to send me a DM if you want to talk through your specific situation.
