Line of Credit To Purchase Homes

I would like to know. How does using a line of credit used to purchase single family homes?

For instance, could I ask the bank or credit union for a line of credit to purchase single family homes without down payments, but with a median credit score 620-650?
 Are there programs I may qualify for in Houston, Texas, or Texas in general?

@Erica Williams With that credit score you would most likely need a secured loan. Do you have any assets that you can use as collateral
