That's like asking who has the best crabs in Maryland; there are 500 different answers.  

Are you looking for an FHA product, a conventional product, a commercial product, full doc, alternative doc, where is it, what's the percentage of residential square footage, how much cash are you coming to the table with, what's the purchase price, is it rented, how many units, what's the retail consist of and about a thousand other questions.

Loans are like Plinko on the Price is Right.  The concept of the deal is dropped into the top of the Plinko board and hits pegs as it progresses down the board.  The questions are the pegs.  Answer the questions and it takes you closer to the right loan product.  Works every time.
