My development project
I am looking to put up a 28 unit apartment building in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The lot size is 11,249 SF. It has to have subterranean parking. How much will it cost me with all costs included (engineering, permits, materials, labor,...) to complete this project, excluding the cost of land?
