Questions about lending plus introduction.
Hello all,
My name is Johnny Johnson i am a Newburgh when it comes to real estate investing nutninam willing to learn.
Without going into my life story my family home is now paid off and we are looking to invest using the using the house.
My question is we don't want to invest by buying and selling houses. We are more interested in lending the money. Is there a market for down payment lending? We wouldn't want to cover an entire investment.
