Not sure if this is the right category - but hoping someone can point me to an advisor. I'm looking to sell a Dallas area condo I paid cash for 10 years ago. It's paid off -and now I'm hoping to carry the note myself...but am not sure of the steps for the state of Texas. (I had partners that drafted paperwork for a deal in Oregon years ago - but this is the first time I'm doing this all on my own).
What are the steps I need to consider before attempting this? Are there any Texas laws that I need to be aware of? I'd be interested to connect with Dallas area agents that have loads of experience in this area.
Thanks, All. Looking forward to your sage wisdom.

Contact Scott Horne (if you can get a hold of him). He's a local attorney who's the owner finance champ. Tell him I sent you.
