Michigan Assignment of Mortgage
I am a Florida investor but my SDIRA holds a mortgage in Michigan. I recently switched custodians and need to do an assignment of mortgage. I have these documents for Florida, but not MI. Is there any particular language and/or statues that must be in this document for MI? Does anyone have a sample MI assignment of Mortgage you could share?
Side Note, changing SDIRA custodians while holding notes is more work than it's worth!
