Good Afternoon fellow BiggerPockets users!

My name is Nathan and I own free and clear a small portfolio of single family rental properties in and around Philadelphia. I have over five rented cash flowing single family houses and was wondering if anyone knew of a lender that would lend on it with terms of 30 year amortization, under around 5%, and non recourse.
