Anyone ever use CommercialLoanDirect.com for apartment loan?

Hi everyone, we are in the process of acquiring a 24-unit class C property and have entered into the financing stages.  Curious if anyone has used CommercialLoanDirect.com, or any other alternative to local banking community that may offer a lower total cost (rates/terms, closing costs, etc.)?

This is our first investment we've financed so any thoughts are helpful.  We are having some success with local banking referrals, but rates are coming in a little higher than we'd hoped.
