Need advice on home equity loan
Iam trying to get a home equity loan on my personal property. I own it free and clear worth about 80000 to 100000 in north east Texas . Trying to find a loan company credit is good had some late payments when wife passed away 18 months ago ,recently paid off a mortgage on a flip house . Any help or loan company in my area would be great
