Lenders with great interest rate and costs

Hi BP,

Has anyone used provident funding ? They have an online rate list. And seems closing costs are very competitive. 

But they do not offer loan in certain states which really limits choices. 

Does anyone know some similar lenders offer reliable services with very competitive costs ? Thanks.
