Hey Everyone!

Just wanted some people's opinions on raising private funds for their properties? What do you find that works in your market and what doesn't. Any input is appreciated.

1. Having a great track record is the best method, money often comes to you.
2. Word of mouth - tell everybody you see and meet what you do and lead into the lending opportunities present in your system
3. Attend RE club meetings
4. Belong to BP Nation - You already have done this!
5. Build a website and drive traffic to it - Please consult an attorney on what language you can/can not, should/should not include. This applies to any handouts, business cards, mailings, etc.
6. Search for Self Directed IRA owners - the self directed industry is papidly growing and is a superb source for private funds.

Note: This list is in no particular order of strength.
