Has anyone done business with 110 West Properties LLC?

They are a private money lender that i'm considering moving forward with and has very flexible terms. They offer 100% financing with buy-fix-sell properties including rehab, if your willing to pay higher interest and they also offer gap funding. Id like to know if anyone has had any experience with this private money lender.
