Home Equity Loan on Investment Property

Hi BP Members,

I recently closed a Home Equity Loan on an investment property with TechCU. I got a fixed 5.375% 15 loan with 70LTV. The whole process took some time but I thought it was a good deal. 

I know a lot of folks are looking to cash out from their investment properties but don't want to refinance at today's rate. Go ahead and check out TechCu if you are looking to cash out.
