I want to move into the house with the investment loan and rent..

I purchased the house I am living in now Late September last year, on a conventional loan planning to occupy it.  The property next door came on the market in December, and I bought it with an investment loan.  As I've been renovating the second property, I've decided I'd rather live there and rent the first property.  What are the potential issues with that?  Loans?  Insurance?  It's an odd situation.  I'm not looking to change the loans or anything, unless I have to.  I just don't want to run afoul of regulations.
