Hi family,

I recently made a nice profit on a duplex that I rehabbed.

Looking to get into other properties but my bank is requiring inspections and they want to see the property themselves.

My agent has asked me to find a more investor-friendly lender who understands rehab projects.

Does anyone know of any lenders in Omaha that are easy to deal with on rehab projects?
