Looking for Private Money Lender for Vacation Rental Properties
I've been investing in Michigan vacation rental properties since 2012. Currently I have four properties and would like to double the business. My problem is down payments for additional properties. Could use advise on how to be creative in funding the next several properties. Biggest issue is a large down payment. Can use any and all advice. Also am looking to connect with a private lender.
