Working on obtaining a single-family home portfolio loan 10 houses included what would a reasonable origination fee be? By percentage or dollar amount thanks in advance

It is good idea to look at the entire costs of the loan for the period you plan to keep the loan for.
Some loans charge low or no origination fee; but interest rates are higher. Some charge his origination points; with cheaper loan rates.
Based on your game plan; calculate which type of loan with costs makes more sense.
