NYC condo portfolio loan?

Hi, buying 4th investment condo in same building in NYC. Lenders won't allow an additional conventional resi loan as I have too many with my home and another property.

Is it possible to get a portfolio loan if I own 4 out of approx 500 units of a condo project? Assume condo financials and my credit are excellent.

Any tips or ideas appreciated.

Thanks!

Try Maspeth Federal and maybe also mortgage brokers that have a strong local presence like Rate and Guardhill.
