I'm wondering how other investors have found reliable and honest HML and what the best strategy is. I do have some experience in real estate and have flipped one house. What is the best way to find a HML and does anyone have any recommendations of reliable HML? Thanks in advance!

@Stephen Ball I'm having deja vu all over again...so if I already commented about this for you on another post please forgive me.  But mainly I have met my Hard Money Lender contacts through real estate clubs.  Now depending on where you live there might not be very many clubs!  But bigger pockets usually shows some and meetup.com is a good place too.  If there aren't any close to you then try the Kentucky forum.  There's always locals that post and monitor on that forum and I'm sure you will have some good responses.  Hope this helps!
