Hello guys I'm looking for a portfolio lender in Columbia SC. I  would like to do a cash out refi on a few SF that I have. 

@Robert Barnes ..what do you have going on?  What's value on each property?  Why do you need a portfolio lender? Do you need flexibility on income or something?

@Jared Rine   I have homes that I own free and clear.  They are worth 65k to 75k a piece.  I'm looking for a bank to pay off some dept.

Community banks and some credit unions do this. It'd be a good idea to start a relationship with a local lender.

@Robert Barnes why do you need a portfolio product and not a conventional or non-agency? I do portfolio loans but those are always last resort
