Buying mixed use property
Need help with some basics... I’m currently looking into mix use properties but don’t know what type of loan to go for... and the lenders I’ve spoken to couldn’t help... is there a specific name it’s called? Or would that just be a commercial property? 4 residential rental units with a commercial store front. Or something else?
