Self Directed IRA (401K)

Jacob Flinders
Posted

My In-laws are looking to shake things up with their 401K. It just so happens that I'm looking for a private lender. I know I am a disqualified person, but what is the rule with LLC's? If they lend to an LLC that I own 49% of, is that legal under IRS rules and laws?

Thanks!
