Hi guys,

I'm planning on a BRRRR project in Wichita, KS area, and would really appreciate it if someone can refer some banks or a commercial bankers that I can speak to regarding refinance.

Thank you!

I’d look into Fidelity, Equity Bank, Intrust and/or Emprise. These are some of our larger but still smaller community banks (with portfolio lenders). I’m sure I’m missing other great options. Credit Union of America in downtown Wichita has a commercial guy downtown that is busy but super knowledgeable. They might be worth a look too. They had good rates and longer term options than what I saw from other commercial lenders (though I’m an all cash guy myself on single family and small multifamily deals, so I haven’t looked around much).
