203k loan question. Requirements for renovations. Is there a list
Hi, are there specific requirements as far as the 203k loan renovation is concerned? For example, if you purchase a 4 unit property, do all units need to be renovated with the loan? Or am I able to renovate 1 or 2 now and wait to renovate the others? Just trying to keep cost down, but this may not be an option. If someone could give me insight, that would be great. Thanks!
