Low Down Payment Double Close Loan for a Quadplex?

Hi Guys, Does anyone know of a lender who can do a low down payment Construction loan/ double close loan in Texas. I am looking to build a quadplex that I will owner occupy. My final financing for the quad once built will be the FHA financing. Period for financing will be 6 months. Amount $585,000.
