Mortgage after Job change - self employed to W2
I'm currently considering moving from my position as a contracted employee to a job where I would be a W2 employee. How long should I wait after the job change to look at applying for my first mortgage?
For context, I have been self employed for 4 years. Part-time for two years and then full-time for 2 years.
