Refinancing a Bridge Loan

If I am able to get a bridge loan from a lender to purchase a multifamily property for 1-3 year term, how can I refinance the property or get a long term loan?  Both the refinancing or the long term long would be for 30 year term.  What is needed to get long term financing done?
