I need a Lender in Florida

I currently Live in florida i have been almost looking at 120 deals a day. I find some good cash flow deals but dont have the means to put a down payment on any loan or any offer. Reached out to friends and family and pitch them my ideas no of them either dont have the money or dont want to "Risk" their money.

I am interested in MF and want to know did anyone experience this and how can i find any lenders that offer any loans for down payment or full financing ?

Also i have a deal right now that is $1.8 mil Cash flow $160k anually. 28 units ? Is that a possible finance from a lender ?
