I am looking for recommendations for a hard money lender that can lend in Rural SW Virginia.  More particularly, 

Covington, VA

Clifton Forge, VA

White Sulphur Springs, WV

Lexington, VA

I"ve had the hardest time finding someone that can actually execute on a loan leaving me to have to find different options.  I have done 4 flips in the area currently and own a portfolio of 45 units that i've rehabbed . 

Would love a connection with someone who would be a consistent go to partner on these deals!
