Building credit for first rental
Have been building up my credit. Wanting to buy my first rental property within the next 2 years . Current score is 650. At 44% utilisation and have 9 credit cards. So I got a loan to clear my credit card debt and to add some credit variety. No I have cards paid off and waiting for credit to update.. what should I do next to help boost my credit for a mortgage? I Know I'll have to have all debts paid .
