Raising Private Money Proposal Package

Hi BP community. I am working on putting together a proposal package for my potential private money investors. I am looking for advice or mentor that could assist me to ensure I provide all the neccessary content to best inform the potential investor on what opportunity I am offering and make it as appealing as possible. I am open to brainstorming and other ideas besides my own. Thanks in advance!
