Pitching to a private investor
Hello I am a Canadian investor who is now looking to start investing in the US. I am looking to prepare a business proposition to a private investor (friend who is also invested in real estate). I am here looking for any tips/advice as this is my first time doing. Preferably from someone who has already done this and has been successful. Is there anything you prepared to show? How did you go about it?
