What’s the best financial institution for Heloc in Philadelphia?
Hello BP.
I’m a newbie and I’ve owned my first home for 2 years now and I’d like to shop around and apply for a Heloc in the Philadelphia area. I own my home free and clear and I’ve never had a mortgage. Can anyone point me in the right direction or connect me with a loan officer who can help facilitate this?
I’d like to use the Heloc to buy a rental property. Please help. Thanks!
