Investors in North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill)

Curious as to how other investors are operating in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill market. I’ve been able to purchase two investment properties in the past two years but the market appears to be more challenging. I’m finding it difficult to find deals that actually make sense. We are definitely in a sellers market in the triangle area right now.

I’m primarily looking for single family or multi family properties for rentals.

How’s everyone else doing out there? Having any luck or have you moved on to a different market?

@Keith Amado it’s been like this for years. You’ll need to find stuff off market
