Lease to purchase option

Hello. I’m living in a house right now that is 3br 2b with roommates and my lease is ending in a couple of months. At the moment I’m in the process of purchasing my first home but was thinking of staying on the lease at my current residence if there was a lease to purchase option. I want to know how a home loan would look if I were to lease this house for a couple more years then use some of that money towards a down payment while I also have a mortgage on my own home. P.s my roommates would stay in lease to purchase home and continue to pay for the next couple of years
