Loan options for purchasing 4 adjacent SFHs
I'm contemplating a deal on 4 SFH investment properties that are all right next to each other in RVA.
What are my options for financing such a deal?
Where should I look for financing (national lenders, local brokers, banks, etc.)?
What are the pros / cons of each? I assume I can either bundle them as one commercial loan or 4 separate conventional residential loans.
This is my first investment(s).

EDIT: The properties are in good shape (very minor cosmetic needs) with existing tenants. My plan is to buy and hold for cash flow.
