LLC Lending (Loans) with Investors

Myself and two other partners have an established LLC to purchase properties through. We are entertaining bringing in other investors but were trying to figure out lending first. We are looking to try keep only the three partners on the formal loan and not have any additional investors information be needed for underwriting. Does anyone have any recommendations on lending options outside of all cash?

You can use as little as one partner of the LLC as the guarantor as long as all partners agree.
