Refinance portfolio to fixed rate 20+years

My local bank is awesome in providing short term loans(5 year arm) at fairly aggressive rates (last one at 4.5%) amortized over 20 years.

While the rates are so low I would love to refinance the entire portfolio into a 20 year fixed loan. The properties are in our LLC's name which seems to cause problems with traditional lenders. We have single family and multi-family properties.

We currently owe around $400k and should have an excellent loan to value ratio.

Please help!

Thanks!
