Conventional investment loans rates
I posted this question earlier in a different forum before I found this one so I apologize for the dupe.
I’m looking to get a conventional mortgage for an investment property. The two banks I have spoken to so far have both said that 5% is about as low as anyone will go on a non owner occupied investment loan. Can others confirm this? If you have seen lower please share with me so I know what is realistic expect.
