i am in the process of refinancing a home i just rehabbed. my plan was to get as much cash out as soon as possible and then move it(either sale or lease option).

however, my lender says the company he was going to use now wants 6 months seasoning for the LOC. so now i'm only getting 80% 1st.

anyone out there know of a lender who will go to 89% LTV on LOC without 6 months seasoning?
