Multifamily 6+ unit lending options (SC)

I’ve spoken to a handful of lenders who are not currently providing lending to 5 or 6+ unit multi families due to Covid.

Does anyone know any lenders providing financing for multi families? Specifically looking at a 6 unit in SC.

Thank you!

I recently got approved on a 6 unit by Pinnacle Bank, worth giving them a shot. Also try Marshall Reddick, they're not a bank but a private lender fund. Done a bunch of deals with them.
