Refi - wait until updates are finished?

Hi,

My husband and I are in the process of refinancing our duplex. We just purchased a kitchen appliance package, and are wondering - should we wait until the appliances are installed before having our appraisal done? Or should we just go with the appraisal with the kitchen as it is now? For reference sake, the appliances we have now are very low end (white, very basic - older) and we're updating to black stainless Samsung.
