I'm an investor from oklahoma city looking for hard money or private money finacining. I can get property for between 55% and 65% of ARV. I need a loan with no money down and 3 months of payments included in the loan if this is possible. If this isn't possible I just want to get into contact with some form of hard money lender that lends money in oklahoma.
