$7K just for title-related items?

I just received my loan estimate for a $630k mortgage.  However, the title-related costs were shocking.  This is my first jumbo loan, so I'm not sure if this is normal or not.  Below are the items and their costs, do you think they are reasonable?  TIA for your input.

Every jurisdiction is going to have its peculiar wrinkles.  By California standards, this looks very excessive.  Not sure what the disbursement fee is ($1,950) since you are paying separately for escrow ($300); we would not see a title exam fee on a typical closing statement ($855); title insurance charge seems about right, maybe a few hundred high, not sure what was reason for the date down endorsement or work involved but that also seems high ($975).  Rest seems about right.
