Purchase with 1031 exchange funds + mortgage?
We're Looking to purchase a propery with part 1031 Exchange funds + mortgage. Property will be on LLC. How did you handle? Any help appreciated.

Your question is not clear. We’d need exact numbers....sales price and cas rec’d along with purchase price.
