Hi, Bigger Pockets, 

Can you help me with planning? I am likely to go Conventional.

How long do you have to live at the property to establish that it is owner-occupied in order to qualify for a OO Refi?

And for a OO Heloc?

How long does it take to get the Heloc after refinancing, if I already have enough equity? 

How long do you have to live at the property AFTER the refi, and AFTER the Heloc?
